Position:
We're currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is available for remote work or hybrid arrangements across seven office locations.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end proposal process, collaborating closely with technical experts to develop and deliver winning proposals. We're looking for someone with outstanding marketing management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven record of leading successful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders initiating projects within the marketing department.
Manage the daily activities of the marketing team, including implementing campaigns and providing training on procedures and marketing platforms.
Lead the proposal development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Ensure the development of compelling proposal content adhering to guidelines and consistent messaging.
Oversee proposal activities, establish schedules, review drafts, and ensure quality and compliance.
Support client interactions, oversee interview preparation, and provide coaching as needed.
Manage graphic design tasks and oversee the firm's website and social media content.
Plan and implement email campaigns and support conference participation and special events.
Maintain the firm's CRM system and provide training as the Overall Firm Administrator.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in environmental consulting or the AEC industry.
Proven track record of leading successful marketing teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, proposal management tools, and design software like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
