Manager of Labor Relations at Rezult Technology

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. We are searching for a Manager of Labor Relations to fill a position with a global food client. 

Additionally, this role will be responsible for:

• collective bargaining of labor contracts across the manufacturing enterprise

• leading labor negotiations for workers across the US and nearshore

We are actively speaking with applicants that have:

• 3+ years leading procurement, Labor, and contract deployments in a factory, food, or manufacturing environment

• 5+ years of experience working within enterprise HR environment

Preferred skills include:

• Deep knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act

• Ability to lead large group

• Contract arbitration

• Manufacturing background

• Skilled in negotiating technical solutions to complex nationwide contracts

• Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Collaborative, a team-oriented leader

• BS or MS in business
