Growing Manufacturing and Distribution client is looking to add a newly created position for an FPA Manager based in the Philly Suburbs. This position will play a key role in assisting the CFO, Controller and Private Equity company with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting. Outstanding position for Financial Planning and Analysis leader! The job will be mostly remote with some monthly onsite meetings as needed. Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Experience doing FPA duties working within a manufacturing or distribution organization.
• Previous knowledge of NetSuite ERP software and very strong excel skills.
• Strong Financial Modeling Exposure
• Deadline driven delivery of monthly financial analysis to senior Accounting Leadership
• Ability to prepare monthly FPA Modeling, forecasting, budgeting and Variance Analysis
• Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis skills.
• Prior Manufacturing or Distribution Experience and some price costing abilities highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline driven
• Strong ERP, Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel skills.
• 5+ years of Accounting and Finance Experience doing FPA
• 4-year degree and preferably an MBA in Accounting or Finance
• This is a leadership role and very hands-on.

The position will be largely remote with some local meetings sporadically during the month. The company offers great benefits including a very large 401K match.
