Job Summary
The Financial Systems Manager will help lead the implementation, testing and optimization of NetSuite with a primary focus on Accounting & Finance and Supply Chain functions. The Financial Systems Manager will ensure NetSuite's infrastructure and application landscape are aligned with business strategies. This person will also administer system related tasks within NetSuite. The position reports to the Director of Finance with a dotted line to the Director of Supply Chain and serves as a liaison to Prevea's HSHS IT partners.

What you will do

· Project manager for system upgrades, process improvements, and new technology rollouts, including the initial rollout of the NetSuite platform for Finance and Supply Chain.

· Administer the NetSuite system, including user access, roles, security, and system configurations. Ensure data integrity and internal controls. Serve as primary technical contact for users as it relates to system support, reporting, and issue resolution.

· Manage existing adjacent Finance and Supply Chain systems (i.e. Axiom and Blackline) and develop potential roadmap to transition these systems to the NetSuite platform.

· Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

· Develop, test, and maintain SuiteScript scripts, workflows, and 3rd party integrations to support business processes.

· Manage cross-functional teams and work groups to gather business requirements and ensure they are translated into NetSuite configurations. Design, test, and implement changes and customizations in the NetSuite sandbox environment.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality, integrations, and data.

· Serve as a liaison between the Prevea functional departments and our HSHS IT partners.

· Manage NetSuite updates and end-user training as needed. Stay current on with latest software releases and best practices.

· Work closely with key stakeholders and leadership to decide on key strategies for NetSuite platform.


Education Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, MIS, or related field. Required

Experience Qualifications

· 5-7 years experience as an ERP Administrator, preferably NetSuite Required
