Manager Facilities Full Time Days Position Summary **MUST HAVE ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL EXPR**
Manages the daily operations of the department at the direction of the Assistant Director. Prioritizes work orders and maintenance requests.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily operation of the maintenance staff. Prioritizes the work load based on operational needs and urgency to maintain safe operations. Maintains and updates the preventative maintenance program to maintain safe efficient operations. Ensures that staff is trained and has the necessary tools and supplies required too keep the facility functioning properly. Updates the Assistant Director on ongoing maintenance issues and potential failures.
THE MANAGER FACILITIES FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
EDUCATION
Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
EXPERIENCE
Required: Five years experience in maintenance in hospital service environment. At least three years of supervisory role.
