Job Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Operations, the Manager of Enrollment and Outreach is responsible for providing coaching, guidance, and support to the Enrollment Outreach Specialists and Enrollment Specialists to ensure they achieve enrollment and retention goals. This role focuses on empowering team members through training, strategy development, and hands-on support while fostering collaboration and alignment with the school’s mission. The Manager of Enrollment and Outreach does not directly supervise the team but serves as a mentor and resource, ensuring the team’s efforts are efficient, effective, and focused on building positive relationships with students, families, and the community.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide coaching and ongoing support to Enrollment Outreach Specialists and Enrollment Specialists, helping them meet recruitment and retention targets.
Collaborate with team members to identify barriers to enrollment and retention, and develop strategies to address them.
Monitor and analyze enrollment and retention data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the creation and implementation of outreach and retention strategies that align with the school’s mission and goals.
Facilitate professional development opportunities, including training on best practices in outreach, communication, and enrollment processes.
Provide feedback and guidance on team performance, ensuring alignment with goals and expectations.
Serve as a resource for team members, offering hands-on support during events, family meetings, and challenging cases.
Partner with school leadership to align enrollment and outreach efforts with organizational priorities and initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of current enrollment and outreach strategies and recommend improvements as needed.
Maintain a collaborative and positive team environment, fostering strong communication and morale.
Represent the school at events and in the community, supporting team members during high-impact opportunities.
Ensure consistent messaging and adherence to the school’s mission, values, and policies across all enrollment and outreach activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong leadership and coaching skills to mentor and empower team members.
Analytical skills to assess enrollment data and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, written communication, and interpersonal interaction.
Ability to build trust and collaboration with team members, families, and community partners.
High level of organizational and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability and creativity in developing strategies to address enrollment challenges.
High energy, attention to detail, and ability to inspire and motivate others.
Bilingual skills preferred.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in enrollment, outreach, or a related field.
Previous experience in coaching or mentoring team members.
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Location:
This position will support OFY-Duarte and three additional charter.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $85,000
