Expected pay for this position is $45.15 - $59.82/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Manager of Mobile Community Health is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing mobile healthcare services throughout the ministry, within various communities.
- This position requires a blend of managerial expertise, healthcare knowledge, digital care experience, and community engagement skills to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare services to underserved populations.
- Ensures the provision of high-quality clinical services in accordance with system, medical centers, and regulatory requirements.
- Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards and implements corrective action as necessary.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other Healthcare Field
- Licensure/ Certification: RN in state of Illinois
- Experience: 3-5 years progressively more responsible experience with at least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership position in order to develop expertise in procedures, policies, and practices, HR responsibilities, and to effectively schedule and coordinate department activities.
- Experience with process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency with Windows Office tools such as Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to provide effective leadership to assigned personnel, maintain positive relationships among staff, physicians and system personnel, interact with patients and visitors.
- Analytical skills necessary to organize and direct the work of others, develop, implement and administer policies, procedures, budgets and nursing practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: MSN
- Licensure/ Certification: Recommend achieving national certification; preferably in Nurse Management/Leadership within 2 years of employment in manager position.
