Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Team Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Team Lead to join our team. This role can be either hybrid or fully remote, catering to candidates located in Central/Eastern time zones.
Responsibilities:
Lead a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives across a broad geographic region.
Oversee the complete employment life cycle of team members.
Serve as a brand ambassador with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
Cultivate a positive, results-driven sales environment.
Drive achievement of company objectives by setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and providing accurate forecasts.
Manage sales performance by establishing clear objectives, coaching, and holding teams accountable for metrics and quota attainment.
Utilize CRM systems to review and analyze sales statistics.
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute sales plans that expand our customer base and global reach.
Cultivate new and existing client relationships to generate opportunities and offer recommendations on our products and services.
Provide comprehensive support to the team throughout the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure.
Drive growth through identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership in driving new business initiatives.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and solid business acumen.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience in process improvement is advantageous.
Proficiency in planning, organization, and problem-solving.
Exceptional time management skills.
Superb leadership abilities.
Strong analytical skills to identify sales trends and patterns.
Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM systems.
Additional Information:
The national pay range for this role is $62,800 to $111,400 per year, with variations based on geographic location and individual qualifications. Compensation may also include bonuses, commissions, or incentives, depending on the role.
