The Manager, Human Resources will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the employee life cycle. This seasoned HR professional will address employee relations matters and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and compliance. The role requires expertise in investigations, as well as collaboration with a dynamic team specializing in compliance, recruiting and development, compensation and benefits, and shared services.

Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.Job Function:- Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Address workplace concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure consistent application of policies, assist managers with performance feedback when needed.
- Engagement and Culture: Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and satisfaction. Oversees and sometimes delivers employee education and training programs. Support all benefits enrollment activities.
- Compliance and Investigations: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies; conduct thorough and impartial investigations.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR teams in compliance, recruiting, development, compensation, benefits, and shared services to deliver comprehensive HR support.
- Policy Implementation: Answer policy questions and implement policies. Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures, updating as needed to reflect best practices and legal changes.
- Reporting: Provide insights through HR metrics and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Multi-Location Support: Must travel between Corporate (Pasadena) and IT (Cypress) offices to provide adequate coverage and support, sometimes on an as-needed basis

- Special HR related projects and assignments
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong expertise in employee engagement, compliance, and employee relations.
• Proven track record of conducting effective investigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a team-oriented HR function across multiple disciplines.
