Job Responsibilities
- Serves as a strategic partner and primary financial contact to key stakeholders and other leaders throughout the company.
- Contribute and manage portions of the company’s annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning process, including developing driver-based assumptions across categories, channels, and business segments.
- Reviews various economic and financial statements and analyzes information from various business unit financial reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to decision-makers.
- Develops and produces financial analytics and presentation materials for key stakeholders, including senior leadership, including Board of Directors and other business partners.
- Performs financial data mining and builds financial models and analytics to identify strategic opportunities, support financial initiatives, and measure and track progress on critical organizations goals and objectives.
- Prepares presentations and presents highly technical business information to key stakeholders. Prepares internal financial statement to business partners. Evaluates financial status analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts noting variances to performance.
- Performs financial forecasting and develops strategic financial plans by analyzing and interpreting data and proposing changes in reporting methodology.
- Collaborates with data source providers and technology teams to provide analytical support on various specialist projects in support of important financial decision-making. Acts as a liaison between financial services users and Finance.
- Follows prescribed legal and compliance guidelines as required by statute

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related discipline from an accredited institution.
- MBA degree from an accredited institution or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Other professional certification desirable (CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.)
Professional Experience:
- Five years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proven experience in managing close cycles, monthly forecasts and annual operating plan
- Proven ability to effectively lead enterprise processes (Annual Operating Plan) and implement cross-functional projects/reporting
- Ability to create robust ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and investments
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams to act and drive change management
- Strong executive presence – both written and oral
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to develop talent and leader
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications
- Experience with various analytical methods such as forecasting, variance analysis, NPV/IRR analysis, capital efficiency, etc.
- Strategic skills required to conceptualize, communicate, and execute weekly, monthly and annual deliverables
- Leadership skills to act as a change agent and project management skills to drive process improvement
- Exceptional financial and business acumen
- Strong written and oral communicative skills and the ability to operate effectively at all levels within a complex and dynamic organization
- Flexible team player able to work to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to take on additional responsibility and lead organizational change
- Strong time management skills and effectively able to prioritize tasks as needed

- Knowledge of Hyperion planning, Oracle ERP, Business Intelligence Tools, database management systems, and Excel

Base Pay Range:
$104,000 - $125,000 per year

Physical Requirements:
