About the Job
We have been engaged by a high growth healthcare tech company in Atlanta in its search for an experienced FP&A professional. The company is private equity backed, in acquisition mode and offers a competitive compensation package, room to grow, a great culture, and a fully remote work environment.
As the right hand to the CFO, the FP&A Manager will help build FP&A processes, systems, and a team for long-term, scalable growth. The scope of the role will include:
- Assembling the monthly financial reporting package for the Board and investors. This will include summarizing and analyzing the results, and providing commentary and variance analysis. This role will have full P&L scope.
- Working with business leaders to develop the company's short and long-term strategic plan
- Developing the annual budget in partnership with various business leaders.
- Partnering with the business across the organization, including Operations Support and Go-to-Market/Commercial leadership to provide analysis, reporting and pricing tools.
- Modeling business / scenario cases for strategic growth initiatives.
- Providing support for future acquisitions, including due diligence, modeling, and integration.
- Supporting the CFO with the selection and implementation of an FP&A tool
- Creating dashboard visualization tools and tracking KPIs to enhance understanding of business results and impact decision making.
The ideal candidate for this critical position will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (or related field); MBA from top tier program preferred
- 5-8+ years of progressive, relevant FP&A experience
- Experience working in a high growth, private equity backed company
- Experience in FP&A team within larger company, with exposure to best-in-class BI tools and processes
- Experience in investment banking or with M&A exposure
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience working with FP&A/BI tools (Adaptive, Tableau, Power BI, etc)
- Experience working with leaders across functional areas and proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- Superior critical thinking and analytical skills
- History of career stability and progression

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
