We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Finance & Administration to join our team in the distribution industry. This role will play a pivotal part in our organization, leading the financial and administrative operations to ensure our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for managing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting activities. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
4. Coordinate with other departments to prepare financial or budget plans and monitor the departmental budgets.
5. Develop strategies to maximize ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
6. Lead the administrative team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
7. Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with the law and the company's policies.
9. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and financial goals.
10. Participate in performance evaluation processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance and administration managerial role, preferably within the manufacturing and/or distribution industries.
3. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
5. Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
6. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data effectively.
8. High proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
