Job DescriptionMarketing professional responsible for executional leadership of both national and local marketing strategies for all Co-Ops within the assigned Field office geography. This role will also work closely with Field and National leadership to build field specific marketing strategies tailored to local needs; ensuring brand consistency.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Execute the national US marketing strategy for all Co-Ops within an assigned Field Office geography
- Customer-centric relationship building, cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
- Analyze market trends, customer and business data and insights to drive optimal market-specific solutions
- Execute customer solutions, driving performance marketing outcomes (i.e., loyalty, personalization / customization, customer service and crew engagement)
- Hold national and local stakeholders accountable for execution on plans; evaluation of effectiveness and course corrections as required
- Collaborate with national marketing to ensure consistency in brand messaging
- BA / BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years marketing or advertising agency experience; generalist experience across a variety of functions (creative, media, digital, brand, etc.)
- Experience working in a franchise or quick-service restaurant environment
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies / campaigns
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking / solution-oriented problem solving
- Agility to respond to changing business and market trends
- Ability to deliver on key brand and customer centric metrics
- Strong understanding of consumer experience across digital and media
- Experience mentoring and developing others
