- Job Summary
- The Manager Enterprise Data Warehouse will lead a team responsible for the building, maintaining, and overall management of the company’s cloud data warehouse. The role is integral to the company’s data management modernization effort to utilize on-prem and cloud technologies. This role will report directly to the Admin Director of Data & Analytics and will work closely with the teams involved with Data warehousing, data integrations, movement, Data Analytics, and utilization to ensure alignment across the longitudinal evolution of capturing data to creating actionable insights.

- Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data & Analytics other quantitative discipline. 8 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Experience
- Required: Required: 2-5 years of experience in IT/Data management and/or general supervision.
- Skills
- Experience in health care or health insurance.
- Progressive leadership experience including hiring, training, managing priorities and performance management.
- Technical experience developing with SQL, ETL, ELT practices.
- Proficiency with the SQL Server core data engine, SSIS, Visual Studio, .NET, Powershell (and related scripting languages), MS Office Products and source management tools (e.g., TFS, Git).
- Excellent working knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Azure SQL Database including but not limited to indexing best practices and modeling.
- Strong Dimensional Modeling methodologies. Must have rich experience architecting, designing, and building Conceptual Data Models (CDM), Logical Data Models (LDM), Physical Data Models (PDM), Data Warehouses and Data Marts
- Collaborate with Data Architects and Enterprise Architects to drive the implementation of Data Models and Data Solutions
- Strong experience in Agile and Dev Ops methodologies. In depth knowledge in agile software development practices using JIRA or Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Experience observing change management and code promotion through non-production environments.
- Delivery of common data storage methodologies including but not limited to Data Lake, Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and In-Memory models.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, responding to changing business priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders across multiple divisions and influence strategy and direction.
- Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to compose concise, visually appealing presentations.
