Manager, Employee Learning & Development - Barber National Institute

The Manager, Learning & Development will lead the Erie regional training team, implementing impactful training and development programs that support compliance, employee growth, and organizational culture. In this role, you will partner with employees and managers across BNI to enhance the employee experience through leadership development and team engagement in learning.

A typical day-to-day may include:

• Leading, coaching, and supporting the Erie training team to meet objectives.
• Developing and modernizing employee development programs in alignment with compliance and certification requirements.
• Collaborating with managers and HR to identify training needs and implement solutions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting learning objectives that support change management initiatives.
• Liaising between senior management and other departments to ensure alignment and communication.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least 6 years of related experience, with 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Certified Professional in Talent Development (ATD-CPTD) and/or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is preferred.
