In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for managing collaborative processes across Digital Workplace that provide financial transparency and deliver on financial targets.This role will help lead our Portfolio Management efforts, ensuring proper oversight the Digital Workplace budgets and forecasts, along with accurate identification of risks and opportunities. This role will require continual partnership across Digital Workplace teams to understand and report on financial outcomes. In addition, the candidate will partner with key members of our team to lead efforts to drive efficiency within Digital Workplace programs and financial obligations.Organizational ContextResponsible for the data held within the Enterprise Portfolio Management System for the portfolio supported.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate & maintain financial projections and ensure financial accuracy through monthly reconciliation, detailed analysis and working across Digital Workplace teams to comply with best practicesEnable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teamCollaborate effectively and build key relationships with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Change Management, Engineering Teams, and other Partner Programs and Application Teams to identify and manage dependencies and to solve problems creative Build comprehensive financial models that enable strategic decision-makingProduce return on investment analyses and optimization recommendationsSupport the Investment decision process, by providing provision of technology budgets and advice on prioritization and schedulingMonitors the progress of the portfolio delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of the status and assessment of risks/issuesPromote Portfolio and Business Management best practice through formal and informal networksCreate compelling communication for leadership that highlights delivery of the portfolio against financial targetsSynthesize information from a variety of internal and external sources to improve and optimize approach and resultsAlign financial models within the larger budgeting and investment planning processesScope of Impact/InfluenceResponsible for portfolios that may span a broad range of systems and enterprise-wide complex componentsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in related field require Knowledge/SkillsMinimum 3-5 years’ experience managing financial portfolio’s and/or budgetsStrong foundation and knowledge of accounting and financeProven strategic and analytical thought leadership and in a financial role and ability to translate complex strategies into meaningful financial models Ability to continuously deliver results in a dynamic environment and navigate high levels of ambiguity comfortablKnowledge of financial tools and reporting platforms (SDLC, CPC, General Ledger, Clarity, SmartView, and Oracle).Advanced MS Excel skills and highly proficient across MS Office applicationsMust have excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skillsSelf-starter who can function effectively within a diverse and globally dispersed team Technology Core Competencies Adaptive Communication Agile PracticesIndustry and Company Knowledge Organizational Change ManagementTechnical AcumenTechnology Industry TrendsGame ChangersAdaptabilityCollaboration & TeamworkContinuous ImprovementCourageCuriosityIngenuityServant LeadershipTenacityRole Core CompetenciesTechnicalSDLC Methodologies and PracticesFunctionalFinancial Management Governance and ReportingPortfolio ManagementPortfolio, Program, Project SupportProject ManagementLeadershipConsultancyRelationship ManagementStrategy FormulationBusinessPlanning & Organization ResourcingQualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
