Job Title: Restaurant Manager - High-Volume Steakhouse

Location: Del Mar, California

Salary: Up to $85,000

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team at one of the nation's premier fine dining steakhouses. This is an incredible opportunity for a high-energy individual with strong leadership skills and a background in fine dining/steakhouse environments. Our establishment has surpassed $25M+ in annual revenue and continues to grow, requiring a candidate who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a high-volume, fine dining steakhouse, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Lead and manage a team of front-of-house staff, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support
• Maintain a polished and professional presentation, representing the restaurant’s high standards
• Ensure efficient, top-quality service during peak hours in a busy, dynamic environment
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and effective manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations
• Drive sales and contribute to revenue growth, implementing strategies to increase profitability
• Uphold all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a management role within a high-volume, fine dining/steakhouse environment
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Personality: High energy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, controlled chaos environment
• Knowledge: Extensive understanding of steakhouse or fine dining operations and service standards
• Preferred: Experience managing a restaurant with annual revenue exceeding $20M is highly desirable
