At Paylocity, people matter most and have always been at the heart of our business.With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.Position Overview Reporting to the Senior Director of National Sales Support and Inside Sales, the Current Client Consulting (CCC) Manager plays an important role within our Sales Support Division, providing leadership and oversight to our CCC team. CCCs are an integral part of the company’s sales organization, working with current clients to help them better identify their business objectives and leverage Paylocity product sets for maximum results and efficiencies.Essential Job DutiesPlan, organize, direct and coach teamMentor to meet or exceed assigned monthly sales activity standards and sales quotasOversee weekly performance and monthly quota objectives, and provide counseling and coaching as neededCreate a climate that attracts, retains and motivates team to reach high quality standards, coaching more junior members.Develop team by providing mentoring, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.Create an established chain of command for all escalations.Conduct regular weekly and monthly team meetings.Constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.Experience and RequirementsBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3+ years of inside sales experienceMinimum 2 years of experience managing and motivating sales teamsExcellent B2B sales and customer service, and customer retention experienceStrong recruitment, development and retention experienceStrong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skillsPrior experience using a CRM system for client managementAbility to meet deadlines and to prioritize workloadStrong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, and ability to understand Sales mindset to create value proposition for quicker assimilation into work processStrong active listening skills to be able to uncover client needs and objectivesProficiency with the Internet and MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
