About the Job
The Manager works collaboratively across businesses (Sterigenics, Nordion, and Nelson Labs) and functions (Legal, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing and Operations) to lead strategic growth initiatives and interacts with senior corporate, business and function leaders. The position has high potential for impact with high visibility to corporate and business leaders and offers multiple paths for further professional development and advancement in corporate and/or business groups.

Essential Functions:
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies for adding new capabilities and capacity to fuel future growth, including M&A, strategic collaborations and internal investments.
- Support M&A engagements, including target identification and cultivation, due diligence, integration planning, business case development, and transacting, and other business development efforts (e.g., strategic supply relationships, business collaborations).
- Support the identification, evaluation and development of new growth vectors for Sotera Health and its existing businesses.
- Work with senior leadership team to prioritize strategic initiatives and guide the strategic planning process.
- Assist with development of executive staff and board presentation materials on an as needed basis.
- Support and/or manage acquisition integration processes globally, coordinating efforts of key stakeholders.
- Assist with strategic, corporate level and cross-business unit initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; MBA preferred
- At least 3 years of corporate, investment banking, or consulting experience, including strategic transaction experience such as target development, due diligence, business case development, transacting, integration and/or other business development activities.
- Experience in medical device, medical product, and/or biopharmaceutical is a plus.

Key Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, and competency in financial and transaction modeling, business & industry analysis, and corporate valuation.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word processing software programs.
- Good people skills and ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings.
- Collaborative approach to problem solving.
