The Manager, Clinical Solutions is responsible for leading the clinical information systems team to ensure day-to-day operations align with Duly clinical and business goals. They will also support the implementation of the clinical information system strategy in coordination with the Executive Director of Clinical Systems, aligning with clinical operations and business initiatives.

What you will do:
Under direct supervision of Information Technology leadership, the Manager, Clinical Solutions will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clinical operations, business leaders and service line managers to enhance the value derived from clinical applications.
- Developing and refining methodologies and practices for clinical system lifecycle management, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Facilitate and support innovative projects in clinical information systems, focused on meeting planned cost and time frames.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of clinical information system processes (including third-party services) with corporate, environmental and regulatory standards.
- Manage and develop clinical information system team members, addressing skills gaps and enhancing capabilities to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to implement and manage clinical system application roadmaps, status reporting and metrics.
- Assist in managing relationships with solution vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Contribute to the assessment of technical, clinical and business aspects of the clinical application portfolio, including cost and risk evaluation.
- Support the governance process for clinical information systems, working to achieve consensus on measurable clinical outcomes.
- Oversee the team's execution of work based on priorities set by clinical service line management, stakeholders and IT governance councils.
- Communicate effectively with technical staff, clinical operations, business stakeholders and senior management.
- Translates technical concepts for non-technical audiences to aid understanding and decision-making.
- Manage multiple priorities and performs well under pressure.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills for data processing and issue resolution.
- Work with the Duly Leadership team to ensure clinical information systems are secure and compliant with legal, corporate, privacy and confidentiality standards.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Degree in IT or related field strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree a plus.
Experience:
- 10+ years of PACS or related technology
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of the overall workflow of either Cardiology or Medical Imaging
- Must possess the ability to effectively train others in computer skills related to the relevant systems and have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Extensive radiology workflow knowledge
- Familiarity with hospital business systems such as EMR, RIS, PACS
- Ability to troubleshoot clinical/technical issues related to radiology tools
- Experience in training clinical staff on technical and clinical processes/policies
- Strong ability to document, maintain & update user requirements and configuration documents
- Extensive I.T. administration background
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as DICOM, HL7, XDR
- Manage support requests with vendor
