*Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 USD annually
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Service Manager is savvy, knowledgeable of local/high end eateries, and resourceful to meet client needs. This role is fast-paced and operates in a high-volume environment. The Client Services Manager handles the day-to-day operation of assigned client services representatives, strategize work schedule, event planning/preparation, problem solving internal logistical issues. They will also maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the edit rooms, kitchen, and common areas. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff both in person and over the phone are some of the requirements.
The Client Service Manager is responsible for all food and beverage preparation, manage kitchen operation and cleanliness, this includes dishwashing and detailing appliances.
MAIN DUTIES:
In this position, you will oversee all steps of service throughout each day, including greeting clients, ordering meals, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring that visitor and staff requests are fulfilled with the utmost professionalism. You will be responsible for building an excellent client focus environment by conducting regular team meetings address any issues, concerns, and wins, plan and execute weekly events, and plan and execute celebrations for birthdays and holidays.
You will be working with the management team to plan and execute larger annual parties, order supplies and client gifts while maintaining a budget, handle reservations for client dinners, and work directly with Operations to optimize efficiency within the department. Additional duties include:

The ideal candidate will bring prior restaurant or hospitality experience and will have a strong understanding of both service and hospitality. They will have the ability to anticipate needs and shift priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, be adaptable and have acute attention to detail. They must be a self-starter with an artistic eye and have excellent judgment and discretion. They will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a polished and mature demeanor while servicing VIP clients, listen, communicate well, and make connections. - Training and development of new Client Services Representatives.
- Be the point of contact for the Client Services Department (checking daily emails and respond in a quick and prompt manner)
- Ensure are adhering to established company policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Run errands for the kitchen, clients and other staff as needed.
- Occasionally assist the Front Desk team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
