We are seeking an experienced, strategic leader to manage our North America’s business management systems, including IT, finance, HR, quality, risk management, and compliance. This role is critical to the success of the business, to ensure our systems management team and company processes support the sales and operations teams and short- and long-term organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and proven experience leading and directing various corporate functions to meet operational and sales goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership and Strategic Oversight:
• Develops and executes strategies to optimize finance, HR, quality, IT, EHS and compliance systems for Technoform North America, ensuring alignment with Technoform’s vision, philosophy, and regional objectives.
• Collaborates with general managers, sales and operations team managers (their internal customers) and their team members to implement and refine processes, systems, and initiatives to more effectively serve the internal customer, improving operational efficiency, managing risk and streamlining business performance.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage strategic relationships, collaborate and develop strategies with external resources, such as financial institutions, legal counsel, benefits consultants, HR consultants.
• Oversees budgeting, financial planning, and analysis across these management systems to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with business goals.
• Partners with team members to identify opportunities for cost optimization, system improvements, and revenue growth.
• Fosters and leads with Technoform’s Values, Philosophies and Principles, maintaining a culture and team-based environment of open communication, mutual respect, entrepreneurship, and shared accountability.
Operational Excellence:
• Ensure all support systems operate effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with Technoform’s regulatory and group-wide global requirements.
• Collaborates globally across the Technoform network to leverage synergies, support or lead group-wide initiatives, and efficient planning and reporting.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, enhance quality, and reduce redundancy.
• Establishes, monitors, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for systems management team to evaluate performance and inform team decision-making.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, legal or a related field is required; with an MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and managing multiple business support functions, such as finance, legal, risk management, IT, HR, quality, and compliance.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of others.
• Ability to work within and across teams, in a process-oriented organization, to accomplish results.
• Ability to identify gaps and proactively work to close them.
• Possess entrepreneurial skills and customer orientation to support the needs of internal and external customers and the company, and work well in a team environment.
• Experience with leading and facilitating annual business and strategic planning, forecasting, and associated budget development.
• Willingness to travel as needed for meetings or company events, roughly 10-15%.
