In this position…
You will serve as a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership and key stakeholders and support the Strategy and Business Development Manager in identifying new revenue streams, strengthening community engagement and managing key strategic partnerships.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days in Allen Park, MI.
What you'll do…
+ Help to build the “lifestyle” side of Ford Performance’s business and brand, both within and beyond the traditional motorsports world.
+ Identify, research, and evaluate new revenue streams for Ford Performance (e.g. merchandise, hospitality, etc.).
+ Identify, evaluate and execute new ways for Ford Performance to engage and monetize customers/fans.
+ Develop a strategy to grow community engagement and strengthen the Ford Performance brand.
+ Assess the financial viability and build the business case for new business opportunities.
+ Identify, execute and manage strategic partnerships; aid in strategic evaluation and contract negotiations.
+ Work cross-functionally, both within the Ford Performance and the broader Ford organization (e.g. product teams, marketing, etc.).
You'll have…
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study.
+ 5+ years of relevant experience in (finance, marketing, strategy, etc.).

+ Master’s of Business Administration (MBA).
+ Experience developing robust financial analyses to support business strategies.
+ Strategic mindset with an ability to be a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership.
+ Experience developing customer-centric strategies to generate revenue and strengthen brands.
+ Self-starter with a demonstrable comfort with ambiguity.
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and relationship skills, ability to quickly build trust and establish credibility.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products.
+ Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed.
+ Passion for our products and their capabilities.
