The Manager of AP Education is responsible for overseeing the education and communication process, focusing on leveraging MPG's infrastructure, and helping to socialize change. This role will facilitate communications and education, encouraging collaboration and "connecting the dots" for other MPG programs and initiatives. The position will independently lead and own workstreams within larger initiatives and/or support the completion of project-specific objectives within a larger more complex initiative under the direction of the Project Leader. This is a highly visible and impact role and a great platform to impact our partners' and MPG's future success within the value-based care model.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage and work with the Manager of Physician education for any Continued Medical Education Program, and/or any programs assigned.
• Assist in designing and continuously refining our interventions to hard-wire behaviors that result in high proficiency and optimal performance, while building alignment and engagement across the organization, and with patients.
• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving MPG's culture-centric value-based care delivery model.
• Ensure that the organization's infrastructure and workflows support the effective delivery of communication and change both internally and externally to patients/partners.
• Determine the best delivery vehicle, and execute the information in an accurate, timely, and engaging fashion.
• Collaborate with educational teams across Millennium, Communications, and Marketing to socialize change as part of the implementation strategy.
• Collaborate across the organization to bring these solutions to our patient care and support delivery teams in a coordinated way.
• Partner with team leaders to assess change readiness and develop communication strategies to prepare team members and patients for Millennium-wide initiatives.
• Create, compile, and analyze ideas for service improvement.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Nursing, or a related field. Masters preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in training and compliance
• 3+ years of leadership experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare is required.
• 3+ years of experience with CME Accreditation is required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience
