Responsibilities:
- Dental COO Administrator/ total dedication to over site of quality goal setting customer service.
- Implementation of marketing ideas and tracking results.
- Asking staff to get reviews and testimonials.
- Reviewing staff performance for accomplishments of goals.
- Non-Corporation well-established office.
Job Details:
- Job Position: Dental Office Administrator/ New Patient Assistant. Must have MANAGEMENT Kexperience!
- MUST HAVE Dental knowledge for dental data entry., no experience DO NOT APPLY.
- Looking for a full-time Dental Office Administrator.
- Must have the ability to lead and reach goals.
- Previous results showing your success.
- Implement policy and improve overall growth of office and team.
- Goal setting and accomplishment results.
- Must have 2 years managing a dental office.
Qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience in the overall growth of the office.
- Must be able to get our patients to come in for a follow-up.
- Extremely outgoing and friendly, and assertive.
- Education leading staff with constant improvement and growth.
- The ability to follow and enhance staff performance.
Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday.
- Monday and Thursday 9-5.
- Tuesday and Wednesday 9-7.
- Friday’s 9-5.
