Job Details
Manager, Acute Care Case Management & Social Services:
The Manager of Case Management & Social Services will oversee the day to day operations of the department, ensure quality, productivity, maintain staffing & budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory boards.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have 5+ years ACUTE CARE Case Management, Social Services or Utilization Management
- Prefer 2 or more years progressive Management experience
- Candidates must have Inpatient / Acute Care experience
- RN with BSN Degree or Master’s in Social Work or related field required
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
