We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee multiple operational areas under the military personnel services contract at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of contract deliverables, supervising teams, and implementing policies in alignment with military HR regulations.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee multiple operational areas under the military personnel services contract at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of contract deliverables, supervising teams, and implementing policies in alignment with military HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple functional areas within the Military Personnel Office (MPO).
- Ensure compliance with Army Regulations and policies for personnel actions, in-processing, out-processing, and readiness.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Human Resources (HR) policy memos in collaboration with the Program Manager.
- Provide direct support to the Program Manager by monitoring overall contract performance and addressing operational challenges.
- Review and validate reports, ensuring all deliverables meet performance standards.
- Communicate regularly with government representatives to provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in military HR.
- Knowledge of Army HR systems, such as iPERMS, IPPS-A, and DEERS/RAPIDS.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and projects in a structured environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
