Position Type: Full-time, 40-45 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday availability
Pay: $16-22 per hour

Leadership Development Program Summary:
Our Leadership Development Program is your pathway to becoming a future leader at Chick-fil-A. Over 18-22 months, you'll receive immersive training that prepares you for Director-level roles. This program will equip you with skills in:
- Operations, Marketing, Food Safety, Recruiting, Finance/Accounting, Hospitality, and Community Relations
- Developing essential soft skills like leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving
- A structured learning path that provides hands-on experience across all aspects of the business
- Progression from Team Member to Shift Leader, and ultimately to a Director-level role
You'll work alongside senior leaders and the Owner/Operator, gaining invaluable experience that will help shape your leadership journey. Upon completion, you'll also be prepared to apply for Chick-fil-A Corporate's Leadership Development Program to continue a journey toward hopefully becoming an Owner/Operator yourself.
Role Summary:
The Leadership Development Program (CFACollier LDP) offers hands-on training in both operational and leadership aspects of Chick-fil-A, preparing you to take on Director roles. You'll receive ongoing mentorship, structured soft skills training, and gain experience across various facets of our business through rotations over 20-22 months. Successful candidates can expect two promotions during the program and will be ready for the next level of leadership upon completion.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Perform assigned duties across all roles (Team Member, Shift Leader, Team Leader) during training
- Complete training and coursework on schedule
- Lead by example and adhere to Chick-fil-A quality and operational standards
- Supervise, coach, and mentor other team members
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major (e.g., Accounting, Management, Marketing, Finance)
- Minimum 40 hours per week availability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday periods
- Prior Chick-fil-A experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands (e.g., standing for up to 9 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with technology tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Drive)
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
