Responsibilities You will provide guidance, assistance, oversight, advisory and problem solving services concerning command management, business, and leadership systems and processes. You will analyze and develop improvements to management and business systems and processes. You will interpret policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate command communication strategies. You will plan and lead command meetings, command training and focus groups for all levels of the workforce. You will communicate orally and in writing various business , system, and process concepts. You will identify, develop and distribute mitigations and solutions to enable effective command systems, processes and tools. You will respond to internal and external data calls, requiring data compilation from multiple sources. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing processes and programs, conducting research, summarizing results to make and communicate recommendations, and implementing systems and tools that improve the command's overall effectiveness. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
