A seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in management consulting, specifically within the insurance sector (medical insurance a plus).
A proven track record of success in developing multi-million dollar consulting portfolios and exceeding client expectations.
Strong business acumen with an eye for spotting and seizing market opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead the strategic growth of our Insurance practice, focusing on areas like medical, life & annuity, and property & casualty.
Develop winning proposals and close deals to secure new clients within the insurance and financial services industries.
Manage and mentor a team of talented consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Ensure client projects exceed expectations and deliver exceptional value.
Stay abreast of industry trends and translate insights into actionable solutions.
