NAVWAR 8.0 is responsible for the oversight and successful execution of all corporate operations related activities for NAVWAR in support of Navy-wide Information Dominance initiatives. Due to reorganization along functional lines, this program office is consolidating and contracting for support across several 8.0 functional areas. This includes Corporate Operations, Strategic Management, Business Planning, Workforce Management, Military Management, Process Improvement, and Corporate Communications.
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President/Program Manager, the Management Analyst will provide direct support to the Director of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), primarily in support of data management, analytics, dashboarding, EEO event planning, SharePoint site content management, document writing and review, and content quality assurance on the NAVWAR 8.0 Corporate Operations Support Services (COSS) contract. This position is located in San Diego, CA.
- Support EEO team with data management and analytics, policy updates/training materials, event planning and Integrated Product Team (IPT) coordination, SharePoint site content management and updates, Power BI updates, and overall tool/process improvements.
- Coordinate with EEO team for overall activities.
- Ability to interact with diverse functional teams in IPT environments.
- Support data calls, action tracking, Quality Assurance (QA) for cross team deliverables (review briefs, docs, emails, etc. prior to submission).
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- HS Diploma required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
- Strong writing, data management, and computer skills including MS Suite of Tools, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
- The ability to lift items that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous Navy, NAVWAR, or NIWC experience.
- Familiarity with EEO policies and practices.
INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $80,000 – $85,000. This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology). The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
