Position Description: The Management Analyst conducts research and assessments and fosters strong stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality deliverables.
Minimum/General Experience: 6 years of consulting and management analyst experience; federal government experience required; Department of Veterans Affairs experience (preferred)
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in an associated discipline

- Excellent experience analyzing data and information to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Above average experience coordinating deliverable development
- Above average experience supporting the creation of high-quality deliverables
- Above average experience ensuring consistency and accuracy in project deliverables
- Above average experience with meeting coordination
- Above average experience preparing meeting agendas and materials
- Above average experience documenting and distributing key takeaways from stakeholder meetings
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective in interpersonal relationship building and collaboration
- Excellent experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
General Physical Requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on the location of the assignment.
- Assignment Location - Remote
- Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Typing, communicating, repetitive motions.
- Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting.
- Inside environmental conditions with protection from outside elements.
Security: Ability to obtain/maintain a Federal Civilian Public Trust
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident that has lived in the United States for at least 3 years

- DOD Defense Central Investigations Index (DCII)

Tasks/activities include, but are not limited to:
- Performs detailed assessments, evaluations, and gap analyses to identify challenges and recommend solutions
- Facilitates effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and goal achievement
- Assists in preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation to support deliverables and work products
- Coordinates input from team members in support of project deliverables
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements
- Records actionable tasks in support of client and stakeholder project goals
- Maintains scheduling and coordination of project meetings
- Documents and distributes minutes from stakeholder engagement meeting
- Delivers gap analyses findings and recommendations
- Analyzes specific issues and identifies potential alternatives
- Supports project planning and timelines to meet objectives
Compensation & Benefits: The annual projected pay range for this position is $67,446.00 - $144, 639.00 with consideration being given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
