refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.The OpportunityAs part of the Managed Services - Design Engineering and Capabilities Services team you are expected to utilize software development languages, platforms, and/or tools such as Java 8 or Python design and development, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices REST API.
As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success.
You are also responsible for teaching, mentoring, growing, and providing advice to other domain specialists and individual contributors across several teams in their sub-department.Responsibilities- Lead large software development projects- Innovate and refine software development processes- Maintain senior client interactions to confirm project success- Mentor and grow other domain specialists and contributors- Utilize advanced software development tools and methodologies- Drive strategic software development insights and business outcomes- Assure operational excellence in software development- Apply sound judgment in complex software scenariosWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- 7 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Java 8 or Python design and development- Application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud- Microservices REST API and Event Driven Design- Knative, Docker and container orchestration tools- Kafka, Apache NiFi is strongly preferred- Database design, creation, manipulation and query of Relational, and NoSQL datastores- Working in managed services environment providing application support- Designing and developing large scale distributed data processing systems/applications- Developing and maintaining Knative, Docker and Kubernetes deploymentsTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateLearn more about how we work:
