Mammography Technologist - Pride Health

Pride Health is hiring a Mammography Technologist to support our client’s medical facility based in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is a contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct digital screening and diagnostic imaging procedures, including advanced 3D tomographic studies, ensuring high-quality results in compliance with protocols.
• Perform routine quality control and quality assurance tasks, maintaining exam suites in a clean, organized, and fully operational condition.
• Gather and review patient clinical history and associated documentation to ensure accurate and efficient diagnostic interpretation.
• Provide patients with clear instructions and guidance on exam procedures and preparation, fostering a comfortable and informed experience.
• Handle related clerical tasks such as record-keeping, documentation management, and communication with medical staff to support seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist/Mammography license.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Stay up-to-date with continuing education and keep your license active.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and must keep the certification current.

Additional Information:

• Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
• Job Type: Contract – 13 weeks possible extension
• Schedule: 5x8 day shift – Monday to Friday - 08:00 am to 05:00 pm – Rotating Weekends
• Local Pay Range: $ 45.00 to 52.00/hour.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
