Job Title: Mammography Technician

Position Type: 13-Week Contract

Location: Morristown, NJ 07960

Pay Rate: $65-$72 per hour

Schedule: 5 days per week, varying shift hours, with weekend and weekday on-call requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technician.
• Ability to perform screening and diagnostic mammograms.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Mammography course.
• ARRT (R) and (M) certification.
• Active state Mammography license and BLS certification.
• Must meet MQSA guidelines (200 mammograms in 36 months).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in DEXA and stereotactic biopsy procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammographic procedures on inpatients and outpatients.
• Review patient records and ensure proper positioning for accurate imaging.
• Process images using the PAC system and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere to radiation protection principles.
