Make Ready Technician Needed - DFW - Wan Bridge Group

Job Summary:

As a Make Ready Technician, your main responsibility will be to thoroughly prepare rental units for new tenants, ensuring they meet and surpass the set quality standards. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and inviting environment for tenants, enhancing their overall comfort and satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform general handyman and repair tasks as needed.
• Ensure the efficient and accurate completion of service orders.
• Execute Make Ready tasks to prepare units for incoming tenants.
• Conduct move-in/move-out orientations for new residents.
• Assist in addressing punch list items as directed.
• Support building activities in alignment with the Project Manager's instructions.
• Offer comprehensive assistance to Superintendents with various tasks.
• Oversee cleaning responsibilities, pressure washing, Make Ready preparations, warranty calls, and vendor meeting coordination.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.

Essential Functions:

• Reliable transportation that meets job responsibilities.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Maintain at least minimum car insurance required by Texas law.
• Typical work schedule, Monday through Friday, and after hours as requested.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
• Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
• Lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English.
