About the Role As a Community Case Manager, you'll play a key role in empowering children, teens, and families by:

Ideal CandidateWe're seeking self-motivated, compassionate individuals who share our commitment to strengthening lives. Key qualifications include:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Experience working with children, teens, or families (preferred).
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to work independently across multiple systems.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Work Schedule:
- Weekdays with some evening hours to meet client needs.
- Work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, offices, and community locations.
