We’re looking for a driven, seasoned Home Health Account Executive to lead our marketing and growth initiatives. If you're a skilled sales professional with a passion for patient-centered care and a knack for building lasting relationships, this role is the perfect opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

• Marketing & Sales Management:

  • Lead day-to-day marketing operations and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Assess the market continuously and create a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings with your expertise.

• Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong, positive connections with referral sources and community partners.
  • Represent Dependable Home Health in the community, building trust as a go-to provider.

• Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Stay informed on local trends to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Track and report marketing results to refine and optimize future campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education:

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Experience:

  • At least 1 year in home health or hospice marketing, ideally in the Las Vegas area.

• Skills and Qualities:

  • Autonomy & Organization: Highly organized with the ability to work independently and assertively.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms, CMS tools, and analytics software.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong writing, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Problem-solving skills to make impactful decisions.
  • Team Player: Able to collaborate seamlessly with management, clinical staff, and community partners.
  • Creative & Adaptable: Ready to innovate and stay current with evolving marketing trends.
