The ideal candidate for a Maintenance Worker is team-oriented, outgoing, and dedicated to ensuring the safety and sanitation of our Dolan Memory Care Homes.
Under supervision of the Director of Facilities Maintenance, provides primary support and assistance in the physical maintenance and general upkeep of company property and equipment. Ensures the safety of residents at all times by ensuring equipment, physical plant and resident environment is safe, secure and in good repair.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
floor and carpet cleaning, maintain central vacuum, maintain landscaping, remove snow/ice, repair and paint walls, maintain furniture.
All applicants must have a Driver's License in good standing and reliable transportation as our properties are separate locations.
Hours are 8am-4pm.
