We are a condominium association with 678 units and you would be working along with two other maintenance workers.
Job Details:
Position open for maintenance worker with knowledge and experience in carpentry, construction and some knowledge in plumbing and electrical. The hours are 9 - 5 Monday thru Friday with a one hour paid lunch period. In addition, to the regular work hours, it is also required that each employee will rotate every third week to be on call 24/7 for emergency situations.
The employee needs use of their personal truck/van during their regular assigned working hours and will be allowed $1.50 per hour in addition to their regular hourly salary of $29.43. For the use of their cell phone during regular assigned working, overtime and on call hours they shall be allowed $40.00 per month in addition to their regular salary. When overtime is worked it will be paid at time and one-half rate.
