Title: Maintenance Tech
Job Purpose
As a Maintenance Technician at our venue, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations by overseeing the setup, maintenance, and repair of all gaming equipment, technology, and machinery. Your responsibilities will include conducting scheduled maintenance, inspecting equipment during shifts, and regularly running tests to detect and rectify any potential issues. Ensuring the cleanliness of the venue is also a crucial aspect of your role, encompassing guest-facing areas, restrooms, back offices, and exterior spaces.
Moreover, your presence will be pivotal in delivering a positive guest experience, as you'll be available to address any concerns with hospitality, understanding, and efficiency.
Responsibilties
- Maintain clear communication channels with guests and staff.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of facility equipment.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to adhere to scheduled work hours and flexibility for additional shifts.
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to follow directions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience working with equipment or machinery.
- Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, navigating stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
