Maintenance Technician – Full Time
As the Maintenance Technician you will provide maintenance to ensure a comfortable, professional, and safe environment for staff and patients at Goodwin Community Health in Somersworth, NH.

Salary Range: $19.00 per hour
Job Duties
- Facility operation: Routine maintenance at various sites as needed. Assembling and installing office equipment as needed, coordinating contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.).
- Facility appearance: Repairs such as fixing holes in walls, painting, etc.
- Facility grounds: May include snow removal of entrances and other non-contracted areas such as bus stop and smoking shelter, etc.
- Facility safety: Work collaboratively with staff and assist in promoting a safe, clean, comfortable interior environment for the patients and staff.
- Actively attend and participate in GSCH meetings, as directed. If absent, responsible for reading the minutes of the meetings and signing any documentation.
- Attend or participate in mandatory safety-related and infection control in-service training as designated by the Senior Management Team.
- Support the goals and mission of Greater Seacoast Community Health by performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Additional certification and/or associates degree preferred
- Must be able to operate computers, copiers, transcription equipment, keyboards, and calculators. Also interface with service representatives assuring equipment functions and contacts are current
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently, self-starter and motivated.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances.
- Must exude professional competence.

Goodwin Community Health, Somersworth, NH (as operational needs dictate).
Hours per Week: 20 (7:00AM – 12PM)
Days per Week: Monday – Friday (with occasional nights and weekends as operational needs dictate)
