Pay Rate
$28.00-$31.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance on machinery and perform general mechanical and electrical work within the facility.
- Uphold safety standards and promote effective housekeeping practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
- Complete all assigned maintenance work orders promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the installation and repair of new equipment and machinery.
- Provide maintenance support during emergencies and plant shutdowns as needed.
- Participate in the calibration of plant equipment.
- Proven maintenance skills in electronics, mechanical systems, or electromechanical device repair in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Capability to interpret specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings.
- Experience with PLCs or drive systems is preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC certification, along with relevant manufacturing experience, is desirable.
- Familiarity with Lean Sigma concepts is a plus.
- Reports directly to the Maintenance Team Leader.
- Requires bending, stooping, and lifting up to 55 pounds daily.
- Must be able to stand and walk for 10 hours during shifts.
- Exposure to noise, warm temperatures, and industrial equipment.
- Compliance with all safety equipment requirements is mandatory.
