Your Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure operational excellence by troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing equipment. Your contributions will be key to delivering high-quality products while adhering to the highest safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to and promoting safety policies.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment productivity and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient operation.
- Replace defective parts and adjust machinery components as needed.
- Monitor and improve equipment efficiency through proactive maintenance and repairs.
- Comply with USDA, OSHA, SQF, and FDA standards to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to report and address safety and quality concerns.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to enhance your expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment. Experience with automated equipment and PLC troubleshooting is highly desired.
- Skills: Knowledge of boilers, Black Seal License (a plus), and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Mindset: A safety-conscious, team-oriented professional with a commitment to excellence.
