Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date files on maintenance parts and supplies
- Administer plant preventative maintenance program
- Perform forklift training
- Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift - (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Monday - Friday
- Overtime Available
Pay:
- $30+/hr
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Previous manufacturing plant maintenance experience.
- Must be able to operate forklift and clamp truck
- Be available for off-shift maintenance needs when on-call
