Maintenance Technician - Nesco Resource

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Stratford, CT. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining assembly equipment and facilities to ensure seamless operations.
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment in the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Perform building maintenance, including electrical and plumbing installations and repairs.
• Operate machinery and perform welding tasks to fabricate parts needed for repairs and installations.
• Inspect, maintain, and document the handling and storage of hazardous materials.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate machines, perform welding, and follow safety protocols effectively.
