Maintenance Technician - LSL Administration, LLC

LSL Management doing business as High Fidelity Brands is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate a cultivation facility. We aim to produce the highest quality marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to our retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our cannabis farm with a state-of-the-art greenhouse and state-of-the-art equipment. You must be able to complete the duties described below.

In this role you will….

Work indoors, outdoors, and in the greenhouse

Perform housekeeping and landscaping duties

Perform facility maintenance

Assists Greenhouse Labor Crew as needed; including but not limited to perform plant maintenance, transplant seedlings, harvest, cure, trim, sort, weigh, and pre-pack flower

Assists in overseeing outside contractors to ensure proper workmanship and safety procedures are followed

Assist in and maintaining an inventory of preventative maintenance items and parts

Assist with moving loading, unloading, and storing supplies, furniture and equipment

Assist and perform manual, semi-skilled, and skilled labor in the maintenance and repair of Greenhouse, Manufacturing, and Retail facilities and grounds. Prepares work site and ensures work is performed in a safe and acceptable manner.

Have carpentry, HVAC, maintenance, or handyman experience

Have a reliable means of transportation

Are able to work as a team

Are able to frequently lift and bend

Are able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures

Are able to stand for long periods of time

Are able to obtain an Agent ID card through the Department of Health and Senior Services
