They are seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician (2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday) to join their growing team!
Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, and the achievement of operational goals.
Tasks:
·Share responsibility for achieving production targets (OEE) through preventive maintenance and optimization of production plants.
·Procure and manage spare parts while ensuring compliance with all legal standards and safety regulations.
·Analyze weak points and risks, implementing appropriate remedial measures and participating in FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
·Teach and program robots (KUKA) and monitor the assembly and installation of new equipment and facility conversions.
·Independently implement projects related to conversion and repair work, demonstrating technical competence in automation technology and plant engineering.
·Maintain compliance with MAFACT, IATF16949, and ISO 14001 certifications, while ensuring occupational safety, health protection, and a safe work environment.
·Train other employees as needed and maintain responsibility for 5S within the plant.
·Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
·Degree in a technical field or 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Experience in a manufacturing environment, automotive preferred.
·Experience robot programming (KUKA preferred).
·Proficiency in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
·Programming knowledge.
·SAP knowledge preferred.
·Experience welding steel preferred.
