This is a Full-Time position at Crista Shores Retirement Community in Silverdale.
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Operate small power equipment and hand tools
- Move equipment as needed
- Assist other Maintenance Technicians as needed
- Provide routine preventive maintenance as directed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Requires:
- Occasional overtime or unusual hours for on-call responsibilities or emergencies
- Working outdoors in inclement or harsh weather as directed
- May supervise community service students as needed.

- Engages our ministry including staff and colleagues through prayer, participation in spiritual practices, leading devotionals and other spiritual practices.

- Conducts themselves in a manner which reflects well on CRISTA Ministries and aligns with its mission, vision, Statement of Faith and Christian Community Representative Commitment (CCC).
- Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Requires no previous maintenance experience.
- Current, valid Washington State driver’s license.
- Small power equipment
- Hand tools
- Safety equipment
- Must have good mechanical aptitude and be familiar with hand tools and their use.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Able to perform ladder work.
- Ability to learn and use cloud-based work order system.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds.
- Trade school / Vocational technical training
- Experience in building maintenance, or trade apprenticeship
- Current First Aid / CPR certification
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Letter of recommendation
