A leader in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is in need of a few Maintenance Techs, Machinists, and Electricians. We have a few in Different locations. Iowa, Minnesota and Pennsylvannia.
Job Summary: Maintenance Tech
Maintenance Team Members are responsible for the installation, repair, upkeep, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment specific to operations. Diagnosing problems and malfunctions in production equipment is a daily responsibility.
Skills and backgrounds we are looking for:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and ability to take basic safety precautions
- Problem Solving and troubleshooting
- Strong Attendance record
- Multitasking
- Teamwork
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior industrial maintenance experience is preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is also preferred
Individuals for this position will be required to pass a maintenance test to demonstrate knowledge and hands on understanding of areas including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, power transmissions, lubrication, pumps, pipe rigging, mechanical maintenance, operation of shop machines, use of work-related tools, combustion, motors, schematics and print reading, basic AC and DC theory.
